  • Dedicated time to stretch and rest in stillness with a calming Yin practice, and recharge with a guided Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep)
  • Solve feelings of exhaustion and burnout with meditative breath practices
  • Rediscover your vitality and start to feel like yourself again!
  • Locally sourced lunch, cake, snacks, teas and coffees all provided!

Note: This day event will be held at a normal room temperature, with a offering of warming yoga practice!

  • A soft Vinyasa Yoga practice. Ease space and fluidity throughout the joints and release aches and pains
  • A stronger Vinyasa Flow to build strength and resilience.
  • A comforting and dreamy Yoga Nidra practice
  • A hearty, delicious and nourishing meal supplied by our local partners
  • A peaceful and transformative breath meditation and a restful Restorative and Yin Yoga. Truly battery recharging!
