So you’re looking to improve your health, manage stress, gain flexibility, increase your fitness, lose weight and rehab old injuries. And you’ve heard Hot Yoga can offer all of these to you!
But when you’re planning to start with a Hot Yoga studio, some thoughts enter your mind:

This Hot Yoga studio welcomes, encourages and develops beginners. We are here for you no matter your fitness level. You don’t need any previous experience with Yoga to take up our Hot Yoga.
Hot Yoga makes you flexible, so don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes, we’ll help you get there!
We have designed our class timetable with you in mind. Classes are available before the school run, after the school run, after work or even after putting the kids to bed!
So what do I need to get started?
Firstly, check out our Hot Yoga timetable page. Find the class that speaks to you the most and book your space!
You can pay when you book for class, or you can pay when you arrive, whichever is easiest for you.
Throughout this time of extra safety measures, bring along a Yoga mat. And don’t worry if you don’t have one, you can purchase fantastic quality, long-lasting, beautiful, eco-friendly and great value mats at our studio. You can even order your mat ahead of time through our store and collect it when you arrive for class.
You will also need a Yoga mat towel to cover your mat. Again, don’t worry if you don’t own one, you can hire a mat towel at the studio for £1 or you can purchase in the studio or from our store online and collect it for your first class!
Bring a drink of water with you, you will sweat!
Finally, wear clothes that you feel comfortable to sweat, stretch and work out in.
And that’s it. By the time you’ve booked in and gotten yourself prepared you will be so excited to begin your journey with Yogafurie!
You can try out one class or, if it’s your first time at our studio, you can try a month of unlimited Hot Yoga for £30. This is a great option for you to see how well the classes fit into your life.
If you can make time for 1, 2 or 3 classes a week, you will really notice a difference! You’ll be heading towards your goals of fitness, flexibility, strength and mental health in no time.
