Ever wanted to try Hot Yoga? Come to a class where it will be everyone’s first time!Prepare to stretch, move and sweat like never before. Begin your Hot Yoga journey at this beginner’s workshop in Bristol.Did you know the warmer the room, the more effective your ability to stretch? Our Teachers are experts in knowing how to safely help you reach your best potential.The heat in the room causes us to breathe more effectively, which lowers stress and greatly improves our health. Our members report that our Hot Yoga classes is where they learned to breathe properly for the first time.

Struggle to get a good night’s sleep? The combination of the heat, your body enjoying a very good stretch, the cleansing feeling of having moved and sweat so much, as well as the relaxation benefits from Hot Yoga will certainly drift you into the best night’s sleep you’ve had in a long time!

This beginner’s introduction to Hot Yoga will provide all the knowledge, encouragement and confidence you need to get started.

It doesn’t matter what’s your fitness level, ability or size. Yogafurie welcomes everyone – we are on a mission to make Hot Yoga accessible to all. Join this experience and your Teacher will guide you towards feeling clear, confident, comfortable and strong in your own body.

Still your mind as you breathe through this lovely practice, while feelings of stress and anxiety slowly melt away.

*Due to Covid guidelines, please bring a Yoga mat (or a similar mat) and a towel to place over your mat. If you don’t have a Yoga mat, you can purchase one at our studio. You can also hire and/0r purchase a mat towel at the studio*
