The Yoga
This retreat will be lead by two of our Instructors, Ed Wood and Charlie Musgrove. Ed is the founder of Yogafurie Academy Teacher Training Academy, and Charlie can often be found teaching Hot Yoga on Thursday mornings, as well as Pregnancy Yoga and mum & baby Yoga, as well as offering support for our Teacher Training courses!
Ed, founder of Yogafurie Yoga & Hot Yoga Teacher Training Academy is both a senior Yoga Teacher and a humble Yoga student and practitioner. Always practicing and always studying, Ed can expertly teach different yoga styles so that the students involved really can learn and experience what is being taught.
In 2010 Charlie completed her Yoga Teacher Training and has been offering Yoga ever since. Charlie gains so much satisfaction from watching people’s Yoga practice grow and develop. Charlie appreciates that Yoga can provide so many benefits on a physical, mental and energetic level, she sees being a part of their yogic journey as a true gift.
On this retreat, you will be able to dive deeper into your knowledge and understanding of Yoga.
It is an intensive retreat, so expect to be engaged in some kind of practice for 8-9 hours per day.
Practice periods are spread out between the hours of 6AM-9PM, so there will be ample opportunity to rest, eat and socialise with others.
