This does mean that we won’t be able to offer hot yoga classes between September – December, but we are planning to run some regular classes at a local venue.

FAQ

How far away is the studio from your current venue?

You’ll be pleased with how close our new hot yoga studio is to our current venue and how easy it is to get to! Our new hot yoga studio is right next to City of Bristol college and the co-op on Ashley Down Road BS7 9DD.

Our new hot yoga studio is a 12 minute walk from our current venue, and even less to drive. You can find out directions to the new studio here.

When will you stop running classes at the current studio?

Our last classes at the current venue will be on Sunday 30th August. You can use your membership all throughout August.

What’s happening with my monthly membership?

No monthly payments will be taken after August 1st. We will sort this out from our end, so there’s no need to contact your bank.

You can continue to practice great Hot Yoga with Yogafurie right up to the end of August, once your July payment runs out then you can just top up at a pro-rata rate.

What’s happening with my 3 month or 6 month membership?

If you have a 3 or 6 month or class pass membership then we will hold your remaining balance as credit for the new hot yoga studio, or you can have a pro-rata refund.

We will freeze current prices when we re-open while we all settle in, so anything you leave in credit with us will be immediately available for your use when we re-open.

Again, we will do this for you, so you need not do anything from your end.

Will you be running any classes whilst the new studio is finished?

To satisfy your Yogafurie appetite, we will be running regular yoga classes at local venues whilst the new hot yoga studio is being finished.

We will keep you up to date about these yoga classes via FacebookTwitter and www.yogafurie.com

When will the classes at the new studio start?

We aim to be open in our new hot yoga studio for December 2015. Of course, we will keep you up to date about our new hot yoga studio’s progress.

How will I be kept up to date with the progress of the new studio?

We will have regular updates about our new hot yoga studio’s progress via our Yogafurie Facebook and Twitter pages and www.yogafurie.com. Make sure you like and follow us to keep updated.

We will also keep you up to date about the new hot yoga studio’s progress at our interim classes.

Is the Yoga retreat in October going ahead as planned?

It certainly is! We will be taking time out of finishing the new studio between 9th-11th October to host our lovely retreat in Glastonbury.

If you haven’t booked yet, you can still take advantage of our early bird discount if you book before 31st July. The discounted prices start from £270 per person, the prices after 31st July start from £300 per person.

You can book you spot here.

Will I be able to find parking spots at the new studio?

In true Bristol-fashion, over half of our students use sustainable transport already. We’d like to promote that further, and there are cycle parking spaces available just outside the co-op, and outside the College, right next to our new hot yoga studio on Ashley Down Road.

There is on-street car parking locally, and many residents of the area use the college car park out-of-hours. That’s also right next to the studio.

Will there be more classes on the timetable?

Yes! Thanks to popular demand, we are planning to add morning and weekend hot yoga classes to our timetable.

Will there be changing rooms?

We will have both male & female changing facilities at the new studio.

Are there shower facilities available?

Both the male & female changing facilities will have great quality showers.

What else will be on offer at the new hot yoga studio?

You’ll be able to enjoy lots more at our new hot yoga studio, including:

  • Other classes – A beautiful 2nd space which will run Yoga & Pilates classes from select teachers
  • Social area – a lovely reception area, offering healthy refreshments
  • Teacher training – your chance to learn to teach hot or regular yoga, or simply deepen your practice and knowledge

What is the teacher training course?

This course, run by Ed Wood, is ideal for anyone who wants to teach hot yoga or regular yoga. Our yoga teacher training course is also a perfect way to deepen your understanding of your yoga practice.

You can find out more about our yoga teacher training course here.

What other classes will be available at the studio?

Our 2nd space will be hired out to selected high quality Yoga and Pilates teachers, offering a diverse range of practice styles.

Can I bring a friend?

You certainly can and we reward you for doing so! Remember, you can get a half price month on a monthly membership if you introduce a friend with an intro month, who then goes on to take a monthly membership!
