Yoga & Nutrition Workshop for the Menopause

This workshop is for any women who are in their late 30s onwards.

Preparation for menopause makes it so much easier and it is never too late to make changes.

Nutrition

Discover foods to support fluctuating hormones and our health during this time of change. You will get clear practical advice on how to tweak your foods and manage your menopausal journey. Learn how foods may affect or reduce hot flushes, anxiety, mood swings, manage weight, support sleep, memory, bone health, joint health and energy.

Emma Dawson is a nutritionist female hormonal health expert as well as a post menopausal woman herself so she combines clinical and personal experience.

Yoga

Fluctuating estrogen and progesterone levels can trigger a myriad of uncomfortable symptoms such as hot flashes, anxiety and irritability, insomnia, fatigue, depression and mood swings, memory lapses, and an erratic menstrual cycle. Learn easeful and restorative Yoga movements and practices that can reduce the effects of these symptoms and help you navigate this journey with grace and strength.

Sinead is a qualified Lead Instructor at Yogafurie. With extensive learning in relaxation and restorative practices, Sinead combines her knowledge of Yoga with her knowledge and understanding of a woman’s journey through life.
