What people said about this retreat…
What an amazing week – perfect location, fantastic weather, great swimming. But most importantly the best yoga teaching and the great company of like-minded souls. Thank you!
I had no idea what to expect, but any apprehension soon vanished. I couldn’t have wished for a more perfect week. The ratio of yoga to chill out time was ideal, the location was perfect and I came home feeling invigorated and refreshed, but most importantly I found new friends and have many fabulous new memories.

You’ll improve and develop the physical practice of Yoga posgures (asana). You'll also learn about and work on the deeper practices of meditation and breath (pranayama). Along with the delightful environment, all this will help you reflect, renew and recharge. Students often return home having learned something new that benefits their everyday life.
Physical practice (Yoga asana) starts at 9AM. Before that on some days we offer optional morning breath and mediation practice, sometimes on the beach while the sun rises over the bay. Some students spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach, others head off to enjoy the sights. There are walking and running routes from the hotel, and tours and watersports are available locally. We then join together again for early evening asana practice. On some evenings we round off with relaxing Yoga Nidra (this is also optional).
We will be staying at Aphrodite, a beautiful family run hotel where the priority is delivering the perfect treat for your heart and soul. Rooms are new and beautifully spacious. All are en suite with air conditioning and have a fridge. All rooms have a balcony, and many offer sea views. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel and rooms.
