The Yoga
This retreat will be lead by two of our Lead Instructors and dad and daughter duo, Ed Wood and Sinead Duncan. Together they will help you to deepen your yoga knowledge and technique whilst also offering new yoga and meditation practices.
Ed is our Lead Instructor at Yogafurie, and creator of Yogafurie Academy’s Yoga & Hot Yoga Teacher Training. Ed is both a senior Yoga teacher and a humble Yoga student and practitioner. Always practicing and always studying, Ed can expertly teach different Yoga styles in order that the students involved can fully learn and experience what is being taught.
On this retreat you will be shown how to deepen your Yoga practice to suit your needs and develop your Yoga in the way you’d like to. You will discover a variety of new ways to approach the physical practice of Yoga, and a host of meditation, breath and relaxation practices. You’re sure to discover new practices that can benefit you in your everyday life.
Throughout the retreat you will be introduced to a host of Yoga practices. In the optional early morning sessions you can expect to learn and explore meditations, pranayamas (breath practices) and more. For the physical practice you’ll be working with vinyasa, hatha, yin and restorative styles. And of course you’ll find plenty of nourishing and restful Yoga nidra.
And don’t worry – although we specialise in Hot Yoga, this is not a Hot Yoga retreat! Normal temperature for every practice. You’ll find cosy temperatures in the studio space.
